Brian Goins is a career Air Force Veteran, retired with 20 years of active-duty service performing engineering installations of fiber networks and Air Traffic Control landing systems in 22 different countries.  Brian made the transition to the corporate world of Commercial and Government contracting where for the last 17+ years he was Vice President of Government Operations for multiple national Prime Contractors, developing Inside Plant, Outside Plant Fiber and Mass Notification programs for Federal, Commercial and Department of Defense organizations.
